Their AI journey began with a clear vision: artificial intelligence should not remain theoretical, but should practically improve processes and open up new opportunities. That is why Mibelle, together with soxes, chose a clear and structured path rather than getting lost in the vast array of AI tools.
Our team took on the role of bringing structure to the multitude of options.Instead of undirected research ,we provided a selection of around 50 relevant AI tools. These were systematically categorized, assigned to the relevant departments, and methodically prepared in workshops.
A genuine dialogue emerged during the workshops. Together ,we discussed, prioritized, and evaluated.Using a specially developed evaluation matrix, we were able to filter out the suitable AI solutions from the multitude of options. In the end, three tools were selected that enable quick wins, as well as around ten others with medium-term potential.
However, the collaboration went far beyond the selection of individual tools. The process revealed that a sustainable AI strategy requires more than just isolated applications. That is why Mibelle and soxes jointly developed the “AI Fundamentals,” a guide containing measures and recommendations on usage policies, governance, data protection, training, and ethical guidelines. This ensures that Mibelle is not only prepared for the use of individual tools but also for the responsible handling of artificial intelligence throughout the entire company.
The result of the AI workshops is a clear roadmap that enables quick wins while also paving the way for long-term innovation. And it goes even further: Mibelle is already considering a self-hosted corporate chatbot that securely processes sensitive data and offers employees new possibilities. Here, too, soxes will provide advisory and technical support throughout the process to ensure that data can be used securely and efficiently.
Thus, AI at Mibelle is not just a workshop topic, but is being put into practice. Further workshops are already planned, includingCopilot training for employees, so that the use of AI in everyday work becomes more concrete and secure.
