Argjent Ukshini has been a dedicated member of the Electrolux team for 25 years, leading IT projects in customer service. During his career, he has implemented many exciting national and international projects. His goal is to develop innovative solutions and ensure that customers always receive the best possible service. The successful and innovative partnership with soxes began 13 years ago and continues to this day.

Mr Ukshini, what values and goals does Electrolux AG pursue?

Electrolux lives by the mission statement «Improving life». We achieve this with our innovative products as the world’s leading supplier of household appliances. How did your collaboration with soxes come about? What were your first impressions?

My collaboration with soxes started 13 years ago when I was looking for someone to develop a customer service app. Since then, we have successfully realised a huge project with our «EasyAdmin» app, which has become indispensable for us. The first impressions were very positive: soxes’ professionalism, transparency, customer-centricity and innovation convinced us that they were the right partner to drive our digital transformation. This successful collaboration has laid the foundations for future projects and a long-term partnership.

Can you tell us about some of the most significant projects you have carried out together with soxes?

The most significant projects include the customer service and steamer app, EasyAdmin and the current development of an AI model to support spare parts planning.

What were the biggest challenges during your collaboration and how did you overcome them?

Each project brought its own challenges, but thanks to the professionalism of the soxes team and the collaboration with Thomas Klauser, we were able to successfully overcome all challenges.

We solve problems quickly and easily through direct dialogue with soxes’ dedicated employees. Their helpfulness and seriousness make the collaboration particularly valuable.

What specific successes or milestones have you achieved by working with soxes and how has this affected your business?

We have reached a real milestone with EasyAdmin. All quotations, orders and time recording for our service technicians are created fully automatically. This has helped us enormously in our day-to-day business, as a lot of manual work is now automated. We have successfully digitalised and optimised a large part of our business processes with the EasyAdmin app.

Electrolux has been a loyal customer and valuable partner of soxes for 13 years. What convinced you to maintain the collaboration over such a long period of time?

That’s a very good question. For me personally, interpersonal relationships are very important. soxes has shown time and time again that they are not just about profit, but that there is real passion behind it. There are many companies that offer similar services, but the passion and friendliness of the soxes staff is unique.

How would you rate the cooperation with the soxes team during the projects?

Brilliant, uncomplicated and always solution-orientated.

Are there any special moments or successes that you particularly remember?

What I find particularly valuable is that we can solve problems simply by talking directly to the soxes employees.

What does the Electrolux team particularly appreciate about working with soxes?

Almost anything is possible with soxes. They are helpful, always take us seriously and realise our requirements quickly and straightforwardly.

What future projects or goals do you see in your collaboration with soxes?

We are currently working on preparing spare parts for service orders with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). I’m very excited to see how we can utilise AI profitably in our business processes.

How would you recommend soxes as a partner for software solutions and cooperation with other companies?

I would recommend soxes as a partner for individual software solutions, as they have the necessary expertise, innovative strength, customer focus and flexibility to successfully implement projects and create added value for their customers.
