The Mibelle Group wanted to identify concrete applications for everyday business operations. soxes conducted a structured 6-month AI workshop, gathered relevant ideas, and evaluated them based on benefit, effort, data availability, and feasibility. The result: prioritized AI use cases with clear next steps, rather than a loose collection of tool ideas.
2. Electrolux
Electrolux AG (Switzerland) processes thousands of service requests for household appliances every month. Until now, error messages had to be checked manually and suitable replacement parts selected. soxes developed an “AI-based repair configurator” as a proof of concept. The solution analyzes error messages and product groups, compares real repair data, and suggests suitable replacement parts. This is intended to reduce incorrect orders, minimize support inquiries, and plan repair visits more efficiently.
3. Allvisa
Allvisa wanted to identify where AI could be effectively deployed within its own organization. During an intensive one-day workshop, soxes analyzed specific processes, ideas, and areas of potential. The assessment evaluated benefits, effort, data requirements, integration costs, and risks. This resulted in a clear decision-making framework for potential AI pilot projects.
