Pragmatic website solution for automation
soxes solved this problem by designing and developing a concise digital solution. Wacker Neuson’s new website clearly presents all available products and allows customers to submit product enquiries with minimal effort. These enquiries are automatically routed to the appropriate person, streamlining the manual process of selling and renting used equipment.
Technologies used
Various website development technologies and plugins were used in the development of the solution, including WordPress, a user-friendly system for managing web content. In addition, soxes developed two custom plugins: “Wacker Import” and “Wacker Neuson Simple Download”. The former is responsible for automating and categorising web requests via the contact form. The other is an improved download function for additional informative documents.
Our project with Wacker Neuson was a complete success! Within a short period of time, we were able to develop a concise solution that saved time and resources while providing customers with a better shopping experience.

The big advantage for Wacker Neuson is the channelling of theenquiries. They are automatically forwarded to the responsible employee. This includes both the geographical positioning of the customer and the product to guarantee the best possible advice. To solve the problem of localisation, the geolocation is integrated, with which the nearest location is determined.
