SIK supports communities in purchasing, renting and managing machines. She was looking for a competent partner who would take over the development of a management tool for tenders based on MS Excel. The project involves re-factoring and re-design of the existing tool. In a first step, soxes familiarized itself with all the regulations and specifications for tenders in order to understand the process.
