s.GUARD is a modern alerting system developed by soxes for Swissphone. It offers a reliable solution for emergencies, evacuations, mobilizations, and technical alarms. In critical situations, s.GUARD ensures that the right people are reached quickly and can respond in a timely manner. The system can be triggered via various communication channels such as smartphone, SMS, phone call, email, or computer, and is cloud-based so that recipients can be alerted worldwide.
Solution
A highlight of the system is the flexible alarm configurator, which allows predefined alarms to be triggered depending on the emergency situation. These differ in terms of recipient group, priority, ring tones, and escalation levels. Alarms can be triggered manually or automatically by external systems such as fire protection systems. It is also possible to locate the device that triggered the alarm.
s.GUARD ensures efficient alerting and also offers automatic emergency communication via app, SMS, Text2Voice, or paging. Recipients are prompted to acknowledge alarms, and escalations are controlled by substitutes and availability. Members get immediate access to emergency plans and role-specific documents so they can respond to the situation in the best way possible.
