How Assessment Gate works
At the beginning, the job profile is created and the requirements for the applicants are weighted. Potential candidates can then be registered based on the documents they have sent and automatically invited to take the assessment questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is completed, a complex AI algorithm checks the suitability in comparison with a specific peer group. Subsequently, intuitive dashboards allow to compare candidate results, monitor activities, control assessments and perform candidate management.
Initial situation: Modernisation of existing processes
The existing strategic HR solution “Prisma World Solution” has been modernised and extended by soxes to handle the entire assessment process automatically. The Prisma World Solution was originally developed for strategic HR management, including employee administration, organisational planning, assessments and management by objectives. It is a classic system by experts for experts with a high complexity and learning curve. For Assessment Gate, the Prisma World Solution by soxes was extended functionally and technically and its operation was simplified. This resulted in a system that supports the above-described goal of personnel selection through an automated assessment process. In addition, it is possible to issue individualised development reports based on the personality profile, which can serve as a basis for employee dialogue or development discussions.
Solution: Merging selected functions for optimal usability
soxes supported the client in eliciting the exact requirements and accompanied them throughout the entire process. In various joint workshops, the optimal usability was determined and the appropriate architecture model was designed. Based on this, existing functions were revised and integrated together with new functions in a modern REST interface. This interface formed the basis for a visually appealing web application. By integrating WordPress, the application can offer additional functions such as content management, subscription administration and payments. A complex AI model developed in the statistics programme “R” for determining the suitability of candidates enhances the solution.
Result: Satisfaction with newly created AI solution
Assessment Gate offers a modern, technology-supported and fully digitalised solution for the automated assessment process. By integrating a complex AI model into the Assessment Gate solution, candidates can be systematically and efficiently assessed for their suitability. In the process, soxes supported the client in the requirements gathering, development and implementation of the system in close cooperation with Assessment Gate and representatives of selected clients. This ensured that the solution met the expectations of Assessment Gate’s users and customers.
