With a friendly handshake, the internal change of management at the company soxes AG is sealed: With immediate effect, Patrick Büchler is the new majority shareholder of the company soxes. As the new CEO of our software company, he also replaces Thomas Klauser, who previously held this post for over 22 years.

Patrick Büchler was the previous CTO at soxes and is now looking forward to his new responsibilities.
soxes offers an incredible range of software engineering that we are very proud of as a company. I can’t wait to continue growing with our teams in Zurich, Saigon, Warsaw and Minsk, and to provide our customers with customised solutions and accompany them from the first contact to a successful completion.

Thomas Klauser will, of course, remain with the company and take over the management of sales as the CSO. The well-coordinated management team, including the third partner Rolf Borkowski, is looking positively into the future together and is looking forward to further challenges and ideas that are just waiting to be solved and implemented.
There is also a change in the legal form of the company. From now on, the company name will change from soxes GmbH to soxes AG. In addition, Thomas Klauser will take on the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors (VRP) in the future.

In the process, the company counts over 300 satisfied companies from various industries among its customer base.
