Jenny Bichsel is a Senior Project Manager at soxes with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She loves getting to the bottom of complex projects and delivering them with composure, structure, and foresight.
She holds a commercial qualification from KV Zürich Business School and numerous professional certifications in IT project management. Her career began in 2002 with a commercial apprenticeship at IBM, where she went on to work as a management assistant and senior bid manager. In 2011, she moved into IT project management and spent ten years leading complex transition and transformation projects for international clients. She has been PMP-certified since 2013 and joined soxes in December 2020.

Complex software projects bring together different requirements, technical dependencies and many stakeholders. Jenny brings structure to these situations, spots obstacles early and keeps the overview even when things get demanding.
She is currently guiding the OEKO-TEX audit module from concept to go-live. The goal is to digitalize the entire audit process and create one central platform for planning, conducting and evaluating audits. The challenge lies in mapping complex audit processes with different requirements and integrating them seamlessly into the existing OEKO-TEX system landscape.
The result: fewer manual steps, standardized processes and audits that are more transparent and traceable. What motivates her most is seeing a first idea grow into working software as a team. Next, she is exploring how AI can automate processes and improve project management itself.
