In the course of various projects in the field of alerting and mobilisation, soxes discovered that although there were a large number of providers in the field of alerting, there were no comprehensive solutions. soxes therefore decided to develop a comprehensive real-time alerting system. After two years of development, soxes created s.GUARD, a technologically advanced and innovative alerting system for emergencies, evacuations, mobilisations, threats and technical alarms.

Whether in the event of a crisis, emergency, disruption or prevention – with the s.GUARD solution, critical events can be successfully managed across the entire alarm chain – all to protect people, buildings and systems. Unforeseeable events can have serious consequences for companies. To ensure the greatest possible security and minimise damage, people and groups need to be reached quickly. s.GUARD reliably ensures that the right people can intervene on site at an early stage in an emergency. An alarm can be triggered at the touch of a button on a smartphone, by text message, phone call, email or key combination on a computer. The software is centralised, cloud-based and is operated by the user via an external client application that is installed locally on a mobile or fixed device. This allows the recipient to be contacted worldwide via all communication channels. This significantly increases accessibility and enables a fast response time. Alerting is more efficient, faster and simpler than with conventional systems.

Thanks to the alarm configurator, different alarm types can be predefined and triggered depending on the emergency situation. These differ, for example, in the ring tone, the recipient group, the priority, the escalation level or the instructions for action. Alarms can also be triggered by an external system by connecting s.GUARD to an existing external system (e.g. fire protection system). Depending on the medium, the alarms can be sent with different delays and the recipient can be prompted to acknowledge them. If an alarm is triggered, it is possible to localise the device from which it originated.

s.GUARD integrates a large number of tried-and-tested components and tools so that users are optimally equipped in the event of an evacuation, a cyber attack or other critical events. For example, members of an organisation receive mobile access to the emergency plan and role-specific documents immediately after an alert. In addition, internal communication in an emergency situation takes place automatically and efficiently via app, SMS, Text2Voice or paging. s.GUARD manages the alarms to be received and accesses alarm plans defined in advance in the system. In addition, potential escalations are controlled using deputisations, availabilities and schedules. Recipients of an alarm can simply acknowledge messages.
