The new application was to provide a platform for advertising and searching for subcontracts and subcontractors. soxes developed and implemented this. The implementation took place in two phases. In the first phase, the concept was developed in cooperation with Subi-Search GmbH. In the second phase, the concept was finally implemented.
Process optimisation through application
The application offers two modes: as a contractor, orders can be published in the system. Many details can be added to the order to provide all important information for subcontractors. On an overview page, one can find an overview of all one’s own orders. As a subcontractor, all published orders can be viewed. On the details page of an order, it is possible to make a direct enquiry to the order advertiser. The contractor also has the option of obtaining all important information from the subcontractor’s profile.
Technologies used
The web application was implemented with the popular content management system WordPress. The PHP framework provides the user with a comprehensible back-end to perform administrative tasks. The countless plug-ins make it possible to develop a state-of-the-art solution quickly and efficiently. Individually developed functions complete the overall package.
