Digitalisation of the service network for Electrolux
Electrolux needed an online solution to digitalise administrative tasks in the service network, such as planning customer visits and recording daily reports. The previous processes were based on Excel spreadsheets. soxes was commissioned to develop a web application that would simplify these processes and make customer service more efficient.
More efficient processes thanks to web application
The EasyAdmin web application enables service technicians to enter daily reports on site and create various documents such as cost estimates and order confirmations. Warranty extensions and spare parts orders can also be completed directly. An offline function ensures that the application can be used anywhere. All data is transmitted for checking at the end of the day and processed efficiently thanks to optimised processes.
Technological implementation
The back-end of the application is based on the PHP framework Laravel, which enabled rapid development. The user-friendly front end was realised with Angular. A complex sync service ensures reliable offline use and data transfer.
